Private Chef Services

Our lives are filled from sun up to sun down and often the important part of the day – nourishing our bodies and families – is left to the last minute.  Using our private chef services allows us to work with you and your family’s needs to create fresh meals for any day of the week.  We can even prepare enough meals for the next few days, as well meals that can be added to your freezer.

Catering / Special Events

Having a special event you need catered?  We can cater an event as small as a private dinner for two, lunch for the office meeting or as big as a pre-graduation garden party for 300.  We work with you to find the right menu based on your event and your guests’ desires.  Look at our menus to see some of the delicious bites we have created in the past!

Dinner Parties

Want to wow your guests?  Hosting a special occasion, celebration or just the fact that it’s Saturday night? Our chef will prepare your meal in your home, will base it on seasonal availability and your personal preferences, and will pair it with the appropriate wines/beverages.  We can leave you to serve the meal at your dining room table or have us manage all the details AND the clean up!

Meal Planning and Management

Meal planning decreases the stress of planning “what’s for dinner?”, increases family time, increases meal enjoyment and improves your eating habits.  We will assist you with planning meals for a week or two (or up to a month in total) and prepare the shopping list of ingredients required – and then prepare it for you!

Cooking Lessons

The current generation grew up in an era where both parents worked outside the home and “convenience” foods were a time saver for dinner.  Kraft Dinner, Chef Boyardee, all the pre-packed “sides” like Stove Top Stuffing Mix and Minute Rice – we’ve been led to believe dinner should be ready in 5 minutes and the microwave is all you need!  We agree that dinner does not have to take all evening to prepare, but you should know how to cook it yourself!

We teach everything – from the basic fundamentals of knife skills, soups and stocks, braising, grilling, baking (and knowing the difference between all three), to specialty classes like Indian foods, pasta making and desserts!

We work with individuals, couples, families, groups of adults and children (8 and older) to teach you how to cook in your own kitchen.  Menus are tailored to suit participant tastes and skill levels and instruction will focus on preparation of a complete meal.
